Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Aurora

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. Pool area is wonderful with a large hot tub, nice regular pool and a cool kid pool with a slide and splash features. Breakfast was good with fun waffle toppings. Breakfast hours go until 10am which was greatly appreciated as someone who likes to sleep in. We will definitely be back.

This Hampton Inn & Suites location is by far the BEST one we have ever stayed at. My husband travels for work & we also travel a lot as a family so we have had our fair share of stays! The hospitality of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are extremely clean and well maintained, the pool area is awesome and the breakfast is also very good!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Kelly, Amanda, and the other staff members are great. Hotel is easily the best in the area. Rooms are spacious. Location great. Breakfast superior. Pool is huge. It is a large property but well maintained. Worth the extra money.

1000/10!!! By far the nicest, friendliest hotel I've ever stayed in. Overall atmosphere was beyond welcoming, refreshing and relaxing. Clean, spacious room and super staff. Every member that walked by happily greeted us. My baby enjoyed the pool very much, even lost a toy overnight but was found the next morning in the lost and found due to helpful direction from the front desk. A lovely gentleman even helped us out to the car with our baggage and the baby. Great size and selection for breakfast in the morning. Also, the laundry room was very convenient! Most pleased I have ever been with a hotel!

Clean, well run, and its nice to arrive late and skip the counter with the electronic key and go straight to your room.

A little disappointed, the room had a nice layout but some issues. Nothing we couldn't live with but things that a GM should have directed to fix if they were doing follow ups in their rooms. The bathroom door squeaks, so it's hard to use the bath room in the middle of the night and not disturb anyone else in the room. They had tried to spray them as there were black spots on the white wall where the hinges were. The bathroom door had to be pushed in order to latch. The door also would not let the bath mat stay in place when opening or closing the door. It would sang and move the bath mat. There were plenty of USB ports throughout the rooms. The coffee in the room I'm pretty sure is 50% sawdust and a little weak coffee grounds. I would run to Mcds to get coffee as the in room coffee was terrible, And the stuff downstairs wasn't much better. We did love the bed and the pillows for their comfort. The cleaning service would always greet us in the morning with a Good morning. That was great. The windows were not latched and the first night was noisywith a cold breeze. I discovered the windows the next morning and with some trouble I was able to get one window latched and the other window, I could only get 1 side to latch. I tried pulling it down pretty hard but could not get it to latch. I was able to get the breeze to stop.

Always a good experience at this hotel. The property is well cared for, pool is one of the best I've seen and the staff are so kind. We'll happily stay here again

Spotlessly clean, seemed pretty fresh, ground floor rooms have high ceilings, nice lobby/dining area. Modern style in rooms. Tiled room entrance, coat pegs, lots of plugs. Ok TV, modest channel selection. Wall chargers are slow, clock charger is faster. Fridge , microwave, drawers, good work area, work chair plus easy chair. well lit hallway and parking, always a clerk at desk. Might not have office list. Bonus list of local foodie places. Pool, gym, laundry Nov 2025 might be doing some roof work, perhaps noisy during day, but I had no issue. Ground floor windows open
